Minimum investments vary by deal. Our single-property investments typically start at $50,000, while our syndication deals may have minimums of $25,000. We work with both accredited and non-accredited investors depending on the deal structure.

Our deal pipeline tracks opportunities through four stages: Sourced, Under Review, Due Diligence, and Closed. You can filter deals by market, property type, cap rate, and investment size. Each deal includes comprehensive financials, photos, and market analysis.
